We process orders Monday to Friday (9:00am – 4:00pm AEDT) in the order they are received, following payment approval. For Australian Metro orders received prior to 3pm we strive to have your package ready for shipment the same day. For Major Metro orders received after 3pm, we ship the next business day. There may be a slight delay if a purchase is made over the weekend or on a public holiday.
All deliveries are handled by StarTrack Express, Australia Post eParcel or Sendle depending on the delivery circumstances. Please note that StarTrack is a no signature required service and the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox unless specified.
Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, we are not accountable for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend sending your order to a work address or with eParcel.
StarTrack cannot deliver to PO Boxes - these orders must be sent via Australia Post eParcel. Orders will usually arrive in 2 to 8 business days, depending on the postage destination.
We ship international orders using the Australia Post International service, and regularly ship packages all over the world. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Please contact us directly if your destination is not available at checkout. Please be aware that any Customs fees or import duties are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control. Contact the relevant government body in your country (e.g. Customs & Excise) for information on what these charges might be. Please note that we cannot send fragrances/aftershaves internationally - these items will be removed from the order.
